Grappa of high quality made from the distillation of Lugana grapevine residue (skins). With a clear crystal colour, it has an almond and sage smell with delicate memories of elderberry. Dry how wants the tradition, this grappa has a delicate and fresh taste with a sweet end.
Geographic location: area south of Garda Lake
Grapevine: Turbiana 100%
Distillation: slow steam distillation in small copper boilers. “Head” and “tail” are eliminated by distillation and so the taste will be better appreciated.

How to serve: 9-13°C with Pastry, biscuits and dry fruits, but also on its own after a meal to appreciate better the dry-sweet flavour.
